NEW HELMETS FOR THE 2019 SEASON!
by posted 04/28/2019

NEW HELMETS FOR ALL NPF TACKLE ATHLETES FOR THE 2019 SEASON!!!!

After much deliberation (and fundraising- THANK YOU!) to find the BEST helmets for our tackle athletes, Nashua PAL Force is THRILLED to be able to offer this next level of safety and protection (and leading brand in the NFL) for all of our tackle athletes for the 2019 season!

The Riddell Speedflex has already made an appearance and impact in the NFL.

- Concussions decreased 25% in the NFL in 2014, after an 11% decrease the previous year.

Continually improving technology is instrumental in clinical advancement.

Next in helmet technology: sensors that will record impacts and relay them to a computer for analysis.

SPPEDFLEX HELMET CONCUSSION REDUCTION FEATURES:

- Flex System – The “flex system” (including the new two piece crown seen above) aims to disperse force over the helmet as a whole, over a longer time period.

- Occipital Lock/Inflation Customization – Essentially a new section of inflatable padding around the occipital reduces cerebral shift upon impact, ideally also dispersing force. The helmet includes additional inflation ports, which when properly inflated, can help to reduce head injury.

- Ratchet-Loc Chinstrap – While all previous models included a snap design, the easily customizable chinstrap (when properly adjusted) can provide a better fit for athletes.

THE SPEEDFLEX STORY

The goal was to design a helmet with fully-integrated components and state-of-the-art protection and innovations for peak athlete performance. We looked at the players’ – at all levels of competition – wants and needs, as well as those of coaches, equipment managers and athletic trainers. Riddell has a long history of innovation and builds on the strengths of our technologies. Backed by our extensive research, including data from our millions of on-field impacts, the foundation was firmly in place to create a groundbreaking football helmet. The result ... The Riddell SpeedFlex™. The state-of-the-art design includes The Flex System, with selective flexibility engineered into the helmet’s shell, face mask and face mask attachment system with hinge clips to help reduce impact force transfer to the athlete. Almost every component in the SpeedFlex – from the shell to the face mask to the Smart Helmet compatibility is next-generation. Since the Riddell SpeedFlex helmet was introduced, its game-changing technology continues to enhance all levels of play, allowing athletes to perform at their best with industry-leading head protection.

Are Dogs Allowed at the Field?
by kalinhamilton posted 07/31/2014

Please remember

These dogs are allowed at Artillery Field

but these dogs  are not.

For the safety and comfort of all our athletes, coaches and parents (and even in some cases, your dog), please make sure you that you are not bringing your dog to the field. Even cute ones. Even old ones. Even dogs that are the "best dog ever."

Thank you!
